Your mission

We offer you a seat in our great Magnetometer team who enables highly precise magnetic field measurements. New everyday applications emerge due to its compact size and operation at room temperature, i. e. prostheses. As our new product manager you analyze and translate customer and market insights into requirements.

As our Product Manager you will help deriving actionable insights from data sets in order to identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
You will help evaluating business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project objectives.
We will rely on you to translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories, guiding the development of magnetic field sensors.
As our Product Manager (m/f/d) in the Product Line Magnetometer, you will collaborate with other Product Managers at Q.ANT raising our product approach and methodology into the next level.

Your profile

You are someone that combines technical understanding, analytical capabilities but is also willing to roll up your sleeves and develop and form your role with us.
You have the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making and problem-solving.
You have worked in a commercial environment before.
Knowledge and interest in quantum physics or quantum optics, with a focus on magnetic field sensors (magnetometers) is a plus.
Your verbal and written communication skills (English and German) are excellent and help you to effectively interact with stakeholders, convey technical information clearly and create comprehensive documentation.
