Social Media & PR Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

You write, design and post target group-specific content for our LinkedIn channels and further internal and external communication channels
You drive campaigns on LinkedIn
You manage our PR activities with press releases, whitepapers, journalist networking and press conferences
You are part of the team to bring the Q.ANT website and intranet to the next level
You visualize technical content in a creative and comprehensible way using graphics, animations and clips
You take care of the monitoring and reporting of our online activities, optimize the performance of campaigns and evaluate the latest trends
You introduce your own innovative ideas and drive them forward as your own projects
You support the marketing team as a team player in all marketing disciplines

Your profile

You have a degree or an education in marketing / business administration / journalism / media or a similar field and preferably 3 years of professional experience in a PR or marketing department or an agency, at best in B2B with technical background
You have a fascination for technology and its applications and have the ability to describe and present complex content in an easily understandable way
You have gained initial experience in the editorial field and have networked with different media, written press releases and managed journalist networks
You are a skilled Social Media user and have already managed campaigns, especially on LinkedIn
Having worked with SEO for websites and knowing how to interpret figures from Matomo would help our team
Skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) and/or Canva as well as a CMS like Wordpress are of advantage
As an organizational talent, you have a high degree of creativity, initiative, team spirit, flexibility and a hands-on mentality
You like writing and bring in your communication skills in German and English - C1 level in both languages is mandatory
