We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to spearhead and broaden our entry into different markets. You will play a pivotal role in introducing our sensor to potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth. In addition to traditional sales responsibilities, this role requires a strong emphasis on gathering and integrating customer feedback to continuously refine and enhance our product offering and translate those findings and learnings into the team.

- Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate and establish a foothold in the target markets.
- Identify and prioritize potential clients, cultivating strong relationships and effectively communicating the value proposition of our particle sensor.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to provide ongoing feedback from clients, ensuring that our product evolves to meet market demands.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.
- Refine, develop, and analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
